– 1 cup powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon strawberry puree – 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

How to Make Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and line 2 half size baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.

In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and flour if using. With a spatula, mix together until combined. Using a medium OXO cookie scoop, scoop out cookie dough balls 3 inches apart.
