Cookies and Cream Cookies

Cookies and Cream Cookies have big chunks of Oreo Cookies and white chocolate chips in a soft, chewy cookie that everyone will love!

Ingredients

-- flour  -- baking soda -- salt -- vanilla -- cream cheese  -- white chocolate chips -- Oreos -- sugar  -- brown sugar -- eggs -- butter

How to Make Cookies and Cream Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C, line a baking sheet with parchment  and set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Add the flour mixture in 2-3 smaller additions, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the Oreos and white chocolate chips.

Using a 2 tablespoon scoop, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets and press extra oreo pieces and white chocolate chips on top if desired

Bake cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and set on top. Allow to cool 5 minutes on the baking sheet before carefully transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
